About Us
Bagel Brothers began when two hungry brothers went looking for a lunch that was quick, satisfying and affordable. When they could not find the kind of bagel they wanted in Saigon, they decided to make their own. Today, we make our bagels from scratch using the traditional process that gives a real bagel its distinctive texture and flavour: first boiled, then baked. Every morning, our team prepares fresh bagels for breakfast and lunch, then fills them to order with favourites like bourbon bacon and egg, chicken pesto, smoked salmon and cream cheese, along with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. From our home in Thแบฃo ฤiแปn to our shop in District 1, the idea is still simple: good food, generous portions and friendly service in a place where everyone feels welcome.
